How can a guy cheat on a woman when she is pregnant and has mild pre-cancer group b strep and how can he not know what he's doing if he says he's in love 1 minute and then says he doesn't love you?

Sounds like he could have the jitters over the responsibility of you both having this baby. You didn't mention if you were married or not. Some men just have a jolly old time hopping into bed with one woman after the other and never sticking around to face their responsibilities. You have to talk to him and figure out together what you both want. Don't let a surprise pregnancy ruin the rest of your life or scare you into the fact that you are stuck and have no way out. There are lots of places you can go for help. The Salvation Army, go to your Mental Health and they can put you into the right direction. You will have to decide (if single) if you want to keep the baby or put it up for adoption. Don't let this guy make you a slave to his every whim because you are pregnant and also have pre-cancer group P strep. You are your own person! Be strong and know that many young women choose to go through their pregnancy alone. If the guy isn't interested in his own baby, then don't spend the rest of your life with him. Also, Pre-cancer P strep can happen (hormonally) in women who are pregnant, but it doesn't mean you have cancer or that you will get cancer. Some women even become diabetic (on insulin) while carrying their child and then can come off the insulin after the baby is born. Good luck STAY STRONG!
