Eating an unbalanced How_can_an_unbalanced_diet_cause_Coronary_heart_diseasecan cause you to develop a type of medical condition for example coronary Heart disease. This develops over time because you have eaten too many fats and salty foods, then the fats from all the foods sits inside the coronary arteries, and over time the fatty deposits build up and can cause heart failure or heart disease. If you have coronary heart disease you must take care of your diet, you may want to exercise a little bit more than you do, you may also want to stop eating really fatty foods, or at least cut down on them, you may want to increase your fibre intake and eat an adequate amount of fresh fruit and vegetables.

I believe if many bad foods are consumed, then fat builds up in the arteries, reducing them in size. The heart then has to work harder to pump blood through these arteries as the gap for the blood and oxygen to get through has become smaller. The heart attack is caused by the heart having too much strain upon it to try and get the vital oxygen around to the muscles and other organs.

How can your diet make us have heart disease?

Diet is actually a main cause of heart disease. If you consume animal-based products and processed foods, there are a wide range of harmful effects on the body. One of those effects is the buildup of plaque in your coronary arteries. If this plaque builds up too much it can cause enough blockage to stop blood flow to the heart. Fortunately, heart disease can be reversed through diet. Doctors such as Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn and Dr. Baxter Montgomery have written books explaining how this can be done.

How do fatty foods one's diet lead to coronary artery disease?

Coronary Heart Disease - is a damage to the heart caused by transporting of extra fats in to the blood vessels and the narrowing of blood vessels that supply blood to the heart muscle. When the heart muscle does not receive oxygen, it dies ( or becomes infarct ). When this happens, heart attack occurs.

What is the difference between congenital heart condition and congenital heart disease?

Heart attacks are quick spasmodic beating that either causes heart failure or the blood to be moving too fast thus not transporting O2 and causing death. Heart failure is the heart simply not working. That can be caused by heart attacks or any form of death.
