Yes, you can. All you have to do is find out what you're allergic to. Keep a diary and figure out when you have allergy attacks, or get an allergy test done. After that you just avoid the foods you're allergic to...and no more attacks.
No magic here. First find out what you are allergic to, and avoid the issues wherever possible. Depending on allergy / symptoms, an antihistamine may help but if it is something taken internally such as food you need to avoid it.
