It depends on the individual dog. I have a poodle and a chihuahua. Their breeds are known to be snotty and yappy, but they are both quiet, and kind dogs. I have only met nice Chinese Crested dogs, so it just depends, but usually Chinese Crested dogs are one-person dogs, and don't like anyone else.
Dogs have super sensitive skin. Even more sensitive than humans, so allergies to wool are common. Give them synthetic fabrics or cotton, or flannel, they'll like it and not be itchy.

The Chinese Crested may be hairless but they are very good pets. They are small dogs but a little bigger than Chihuahas. The Chinese Crested amount of hair ranges though and the do develop lion like maines. But thid breed of dog has a histary of having a lot of skin problems.
