easy, ask her, act confident, just walk right up to her and ask her out, or ask a friend to ask her out for you, and if she says no, just say it was a joke, to not make a fool out of your self.

If your (girl) friend has other (girl) friends and she chooses to spend her time with you than there is a strong chance that she chooses to spend her time with you because she has a crush on you but she might like you more than her other friends. If the girl flirts with you, then I would take the chance to ask her out.
