You can't go deaf. Personally I don't understand why you would want to. If you have trouble filtering out sounds or if you are distracted easily it isn't your hearing, but could be your brain. I don't know how old you are, but if you have problems focusing on the material and the sights/sounds in the classroom cause you problems I would suggest you get help with finding out why you aren't processing properly. That is the brain and not your ears. In the meantime get earplugs at the drug store to help you cut down on the sound. Get help.
