Pray that you have a standard toy-sized Pomeranian and NOT a so-called "teacup"!!
"Teacup" is NOT a recognized size for ANY toy sized dog. "Teacup" toy dogs are the result of irresponsible back-yard breeding to create smaller and smaller toy dogs. This results in tiny and very SICKLY dogs that shiver all the time, have terrible dental problems, many other health problems, and are difficult to train and nearly impossible to housebreak. "Teacup" dogs cannot be shown because they are WAY out of standard for their breeds. Most of the females cannot be bred because they often die while trying to deliver their puppies.
the mexico, dog toy i dont know
POMERANIAN
Is a toy dog smaller than a teacup dog? No.
The pomeranian is a small toy breed that has a fluffy coat. Their coats need quite alot of brushing! Hope this helps.
Generally, teacup dogs are smaller varieties of toy dogs. The smaller varieties of some toy breeds are called "teacup", such as "teacup Chihuahuas", "teacup Poodles", etc. However, teacup dogs are actually undersized toy dogs. This name is only a marketing technique used to increase dog sells by creating the impression that the "teacup" dogs are cuter and more valuable than toy dogs. Usually, teacup dogs have many health problems and a shorter life span due to their small size. Their bones are also very fragile and can be damaged easily. Also, teacup dogs are not approved by reputable kennel clubs including the Kennel Club (KC), the American Kennel Club (AKC) and the Continental Kennel Club (CKC). Teacups are not considered as a separate breed in any way or form.
I think the answer is "teacup" although this is not approved of by genuine dog breeders
A toy poodle is a recognised breed of poodle. It is the smallest breed of poodle that is recognised by the BKC and AKC. The teacup poodle is not recognised by the governing BKC or AKC associations. It is a poodle but it is usually a much smaller than normal sized poodle and they breed these poodles together which result in a even smaller poodle which is called a teacup poodle. The poodles that are usually bred together are toy poodles which are smaller than the set size for that particular size. They are mostly the same except that Toy Poodles are larger than Teacup Poodles.
There is no such dog breed as a maltipoo. Nor is there any size of dog called a "teacup", the smallest size for dogs is toy. "Teacup", "pocket", etc., are names that some breeders started calling their undersized runts to con idiots into buying them at an inflated price. So the proper wording for you question is:~Is a toy poodle and Maltese mixed breed dog larger or smaller than a toy poodle and Maltese mix that is the runt of the litter?~The answer to your question would be that generally a normal sized dog is larger than an undersized dog...but since you are asking which mutt would be larger, there is no guarantee how either dog will turn out.
I'm pretty sure it's a teacup chihuahua. Here's a picture of one:
The teacup chihuahua is smaller then the toy chihuahua. The teacup chihuahua is smaller then the toy chihuahua. The teacup chihuahua is smaller then the toy chihuahua.
depends on the weight. read the answer below from the question "how big do maltipoo dogs get?" - it tells you the weight range for toy, tiny toy, and teacup Maltipoo dogs vary. If you are looking at a toy maltipoo it will range from 6-10 lbs full grown. A Tiny Toy Maltipoo full grown dog will range from 4-6 pounds. A teacup Maltipoo full grown dog will weigh under 4lbs full grown. Hope i was helpful!
Adult (18 months of age) weight of a TeaCup is: 2 pounds - 4 pounds. Tiny Toy is: 4.5 pounds to 6 pounds. Toy size is: under 10" at the shoulder (withers) and up to 8 pounds. Most of the time a Toy dog is classified by its height.
