∙ 10y agoSome email systems such as Outlook become sluggish when their database goes over a certain size. To archive your email in Outlook, select file, then data management from the menu. Click add and choose the desired format and click OK. Enter the desired name you want for your archive and click OK.

∙ 12y agoYou will need a special program in order to perform saves on email archiving. Two good such programs are Microsoft Exchange or Lotus Domino. Barracuda is another archiving service.
