  • No, negative and positive peer pressure is different. For example: A teacher or a Supervisor may feel you have more inside of you for doing better in class or at work and will harass you into doing better and that's a good thing, but if someone is making you feel bad by destroying your character; making you afraid or threatened in any way this is negative peer pressure and classified as bullying.

This isn't really math related. but negative peer pressure is when your peers or friends try to pressure you into something you don't want to do or isn't good, like smoking or doing drugs. Positive peer pressure is when your friends or peers try to pressure you into doing something good, like exercise, or to recycle.

it can be positive...

1- Peer pressure helps people make important decisions that will help them later in life and in places in the business world. Peer pressure helps people to become stronger and be their own person and it teaches you…

2- There is also positive peer pressure… not all peer pressure is bad…

3- Peer pressure helps people figure out who their real friends are and whom they can trust. If your "friend" is pressuring you to do drugs, then who knows what can happen if you tell them all your secrets.

It can be negative because it guides people to drugs, have sex and make bad decisions.
