Techonology can cause people to become unsocial because by texting or IMing someone, they don't have to see the person face to face. Social habits such as manners, tone of voice, and body language also slip away when people use technology excessively. I don't know any articles in particular that say so but I do know that a certain article from Jr. Scholastic on Cyberbullying mentions a few things on the topic. If you typed in something like: how does technology cause people to become unsocial? then you'd find a few online articles and maybe references to articles on the topic.

How does technology change to meet the needs of people?

Eventually technology will become so advanced and useful that it causes the human race to stop evolving. Thomas Malthus pointed out that during times of famine and poverty population rates go down. Charles Darwin took this idea and created how evolution works, which is that only the fit survive that is only people who have the best genetics live on to reproduce. Because Technology works to fix the hardships of people, the people no longer need to adapt to the problem. Because we don't evolve to be weak or insufficeint there will be no new problems developing. That said it isn't how technology changes to meet the needs of people it is how technology grows so that there are no more needs.

The Articles were liked by the people because they ensured that none of the new States could become more powerful than another.
