Check around where you put the batteries in, there should be a memory card take it out and see what type it is if you have a desktop then look on your computer and in front on the top find where your card type it is and slide the card in (to take it out pus in then, pull) then a Photo Wizard should pop up on your screen so you can download\save pictures.
