People may want to be your friend for a variety of reasons, often reasons you have no inkling about, and when that reason no longer exists, then they move on and look for another friend to satisfy whatever their new need is.
It's also a fact that people who are grow up together tend to outgrow each other as their tastes and needs change. If you have a person you thought was your friend, but that person no longer wants to be a friend to you, the best thing to do is to let that person go and make new friends. == ==
