Right - aligns everything to the right
Centre - aligns everything to the middle
Justify - stretches the text so it lines up at each margin
It depends on what type of application you are using. In Excel, you center text by clicking on the cell and selecting center alignment as the cell format. In other applications, like emails, there is usually an icon at the top that you can click on after highlighting the words/paragraphs you want to center.
If using HTML code on a web page, place <center> before the words you want to center and </center> after those words.

Select the text that you want to align and then press: 'Ctrl' + 'R'
It is the default setting for text. It aligns the text to the right side of a cell. If you use left align, the text will be aligned to the left side of the cell. If you use center align, the text will be aligned in the center of the cell.

Any kind of number will right align. A label will initially left align, because it usually text, but you can set it to right align, usually when there is a value in the cell to the right that it is the label for.
