Always be a gentleman, be polite but don't encourage them. You don't need to spend a lot of time talking to them but it will be good practice for you to be courteous to everyone. It doesn't hurt anyone and who knows what the future will brint. Perhaps one of those girls who likes you now will end up marrying some rich businessman who will help your career later.
