The most simple way to change a certain amount of text on a web page is with the <Font> command. This is an HTML command. For Example: <font color='red' size='33'>Wiki</font> Will Display the results of in a size of 33px and red.

On a phone:

Settings > Display > Font Style. Here you can find and change the font to whatever you want.

Chromebook:

Settings > Customize Fonts. Here you can change the font and can make the text bigger or smaller.
