Wipe with acetone or lacquer thinner, then Windex.
Just add as much glue to the paint as necessary. The glue will change the opaque-ness of the colour.
Turpentine can be used to clean paint of g lass but won't clean glass very well. Turpentine won't negatively affect glass.
Rub it with a rag dipped in Goof Off. -It will NOT harm the car paint.

Epoxy is best for gluing glass to wood.
Spray some Windex on it and scrape with a single edged razor or scraper tool. Works perfectly.
Not really. I have seen it done, but the work is so fragile it peels chips and damages at the slightest touch. It is for this reason I use a glass pallet when I paint - really easy clean-up. There are several water clean-up type paints out there specifically intended for use on glass, porcelain, tile etc. better to use one of those.
