There could be many causes to a brake light not working. It is best to replace the fuse, and the bulb and check the wiring.
Check your brake fluid. You may need to replace a speed sensor on one of the brake assemblies.

If I understand your post: The brake light is on constantly? If so, you may want to adjust or replace the brake light switch located at the top of the brake pedal.
the brake fluid level is low in your master cylinder, add some brake fluid and the light will stay off
Probably cause by a worn out/defective brake light switch.
It's low break pads. you have to check the brake pads and need to be services. please note that it come with break sensor. to remove the light u may required to change the brake sensors
take the old one out then put a new one in
