I wish I had an answer. It's just beyond astounding that this question has to be posted here and can't be answered. I found out yesterday that someone changed my address and has ordered products delivered. I've been on the phone for 1/2 an hour with Sears without anyone knowing who to forward me to. Multiple Google searches over the same time period has lead me.... here. This is nuts.
