Taking drugs (more Adderall, another stimulant, or a depressant) to come back up or nod is probably not the best idea, except smoking weed is a great option. I don't recommend the use of illegal drugs to the least, though.
Probably the best choice is just try to sleep. Once you've managed to get a little food down, it shouldn't be as hard. If all else fails, take a couple of Benadryl or something. Make sure you've come down.

I always try to take adderall about 10 hours before I plan on going to bed; so I take adderall at noon and then i take Tylenol pm at about nine; by the time I am coming down I am so sleepy I just fall asleep. I am therefore, in essence, skip the dreadful symptoms of the come down from adderall.
