if you are trying to vacuum the pool, turn off the main drain. also when u vacuum, fill the vacuum hose in front of a return (with everything attached except the end that goes into the skimmer and continue to fill the hose with water until the vacuum head floats to the top then goes back down. also, if the basket in front of the pump is not clear except maybe with a small air bubble , the pump could be pulling air and you may not see a leak because it air leak is on the suctions side
Usually the pressure gauge on your pool equipment indicates how much pressure there is before the filter. as the pressure goes up it indicates that the filter is getting blocked and needs a backwash or cleaning. while the pressure is low the filter does not need cleaning.
Based on the information, I assume it is the fuel filter you changed, that you have good spark and have done a fuel pressure check. I doubt that ALL the injectors would be clogged. I would think the fuel pump is faulty.

You may want to start with making sure it's getting good fuel pressure out of both injectors, if not you could either have the fuel pump going out or a clogged fuel filter.
