The US Specialized catalog will list it, as will most of the other US catalogs. You can usually find a copy at your local library. It will also tell you when it was used and how it was printed among other information.

Hi, If the Alberta Prosperity certificate has a tiny 1 cent green stamp on it, it could be worth up to $250.00, based on the value listed in the E.S.J. van Dam Canadian Revenue Stamp Catalogue (31st edition). Catalogue number for the stamp is AP1. Not sure if the particular signature would increase or decrease the value. Hope this helps. Ron
