It is usually the seat belt buckle portion of your seat belt, the part secured to the floor or seat of the car but you will need to check this out with a local independent shop that has a scan tool to read this. You can just replace it with another from Ebay pretty easily, once you know that is the cause which most likely it is.

There is a problem with the SRS, (Supplemental Restraint System) (Air Bags). Take it to an Professional, as working on the SRS is dangerous and not a DIY repair.
