The incandescent ones along the ceiling? You can find the little 12v bulbs at Radioshack (sold in packs of 2). If you remove the entire thing from the van, you'll find It's a Vista Light Tube.... you can salvage some working bulbs that are hidden behind the trim, but you'll need to use a boxcutter to slice open the tube and solder the bulbs onto the old clips. It's not fun, but rewarding when finished to get your running lights looking awesome again.
