You can get them by doing sit ups and crunches. But that is not enough to get a six pack. You have to also run and have a good diet. I say this because everyone has a six pack but it is covered by a layer of fat. So to obtain them you must burn the fat off the stomach and you will not be able to see them unless you have a 10% body fat or less. But not to low because anything below 5or 6 is unhealthy.l
Definitely... I started doing sit-ups when I was 6 or 7 (started lifting weights at 11).. I had a six-pack in fifth or (more defined abs) sixth grade, and I'm currently forming an 8 pack. According to doctors, I have roughly 6-7% body fat. My diet is OK, I eat a lot of healthy foods, but I lift 6 days a week and workout all 7.

Well, actually you will have to do a lot of work since is just for a 12 year old so just do alot of sit-ups push ups n any other exercises tht involves the stomach for example imma girl but in my Cheerleading pracs. we do a few laps but since there's a boy in the squad he's in the 4th grade n he already has so he said tht he just does 100 jumping jacks 50 sit-ups n 60 push ups n it worked in a bout 2 or 3 weeks.
(P.S. Girls do tht too n a fat girl is now only like skinnier then me n im like 70lbs.)

Find a cable machine you can use for abs, and crunch from 6 differnt angles, learn how to visual it into reality, I'm not joking. This is much easier if your abs aren't huge and bulky already I would imagine. I have an 8 pack from belly button up may even be a 9. I am working on defining it better, then I'll get to bellow the belly button. All you have to do is crunch from 6 angles. Just find out how to do that.You will have a hard time finding advice, because i have only seen 1 person who may have a 12 pack, and I have been into bodybuilding so I know.

No... It is almost impossible to get more than 8 pack abs. To get 12 pack abs you literary have to tear your abs in half with very very very extreme endless exercise. also.. that's just plain disgusting
Of course not! The highest abs you can pack are eight pack abs. Sixteen will not have women swooning, it will just be a weird disorder thing, unfortunately. So put away the dumbells if you have six packs! your wrong guy you can get 12
