DON'T - I know of someone who dies at age 30 to skin cancer! Try at home self tanners ora spray on salon and SUNSCREEN!
Firstly you said "dies", past tence, it should be died. Secondly people don't die at 30, that's just dumb because of the sun, unless they over did it and bake themselves, and well in that case they deserve it. You can tan with fair skin, but just in small amounts and with lots of suntan cream. You would need to put on sun tan cream every hour of so, otherwise your skin will become red. If at any point it becomes red you have to rest out and wait for it to go down, this could take a few days. If the red skin becomes dry and itchy then you would need to see your doctor. But that's good because then you would know that you need to put on more suntan cream next time.
If you are unsuccessful then just use fake tan to spray over the red skin, but you will need to spry a lot on. that WILL get the red to a brown, its only downside is that its annoying because you cannot put it on before you start tanning or during because it will have a negative affect with the sun ran cream. This method does work, try it yourself.
I am fair skinned, I used Tanimins all last summer and had a nice tan the whole summer!
He's fair skinned and usually doesn't have much of a tan.

Yes, he is quite fair skinned.
Sunburn, prematurely aged skin, skin cancer, and a nice brown tan (if you are light skinned).
AnswerThen don't try. Fair skinned people, especially people who have moles, are susceptible to skin cancer if they spend too much time in the Sun.Too much Sun will also cause premature wrinkling of the skin.My skin is very fair but it means that we get clothes to suit our NATURAL skin tone. You are what you are. Love your self
