I would not recommend trying to gain a significant amount of weight in a short period of time in an unhealthy way. However, here are some potential unhealthy ways people have attempted to gain weight quickly:
• Binge eating high calorie foods like Pizza, burgers, chips, doughnuts, etc. This can cause significant health problems and is not a healthy way to gain weight.
• Drinking weight gain shakes made with high amounts of protein, carbohydrates and fats. While these shakes can help some people gain muscle mass slowly over time, drinking large quantities in a short period is not recommended.
• Avoiding exercise and being generally sedentary. While getting sufficient rest is important, not exercising at all for an extended period is unhealthy.
• Taking weight gain supplements that are not FDA approved or have not been clinically proven to be safe and effective. Many weight gain products make unfounded health claims.
Just eat a lot of junk food. It's also not just the junk food, it's bigger portions as well. Also don't exercise or walk or run or anything healthy and you'll be fat. Why you'd want to be fat is beyond me and not problem.
