This can mean two things a)you are in love with your ex girlfriend or b)it's an ego thing. If this is love, it will take a very long time to forget about her. She will always be on your mind day and night. You may even never get over her...Sometimes we find someone so special to us that we become vulnarable.After the relationship is over, we move on.We start to date other people but that one person has our heart.All these other people mean nothing.After all this is a feeling we are talking about.There is no on and off switch.If it's the ego thing though, than its a problem you have to answer yourself.Rejection will add to your experiences,you will become a strong person.Once you accept this you will move on.
AnswerI was in the same situation. I always thought that I will never find a girl like my ex. because we used to be very close, we used to play around alot,we were a very unique couple. I always used to think that if we brake up I will be devastated. when we broke up I was sad, but I tried to get her out of my mind by working out, playing sports or hanging out with my friends. Why suffer for someone that was not right for you. there are plenty fish in the sea. One of these days the right person will come along and will make you happier. but do not compare her to your ex because it will make you start thinking about her again.
