Can a she male become a father?

It is possible for a woman with a transplanted uterus to carry a pregnancy. Therefore, it is theoretically possible for a male-to-female transgendered person to become pregnant by in vitro fertilization; if a pre-op male-to-female transgendered person produces sperm, that person can become a father.

How many years does it takes to become a transsexual woman?

None. Transsexualism is a condition you are born with. Typically, you'd know you have it by age 4-6. The steps to correcting transsexualism can take from 6 months to 2 years or more.

Do women have penises?

No, only men do. That includes male-born transgendered persons who choose live as females and never get surgery to create a vagina. Now a man born with female-to-male transsexualism who has this surgically corrected will have a penis analog that is created from the vaginal tissues and other grafts. However, it will not function in the same way as a genetic male's penis. Despite being born with a female body, this person has always been a male inside. The term transsexual is only used for person who will eventually get surgery. The purpose of the surgery is to treat or cure the transsexualism and get rid of it. So after the surgery, the person is only called a man or a woman, depending on their social role and genitalia obtained. If someone is never going to get surgery, they are simply called transgendered. Often, a person is born with transsexualism and seeks to get rid of it and become a part of mainstream society, while transgenderism is often thought to be more of a choice and a type of LGBT behavior.

Do transsexuals feel the same way they felt before?

A transsexual person is a person born with genitals that are at odds with who they are, and they get surgeries to eliminate their transsexualism. They believe in only two genders and believe their bodies are wrong. So they seek to destroy any differences and become like any other person born as a member of their corrected sex. Being born with transsexualism is not the same as choosing to become transgendered. Generally, transsexual people are happier after undergoing hormonal and surgical changes, since they feel more comfortable in general (including, more specifically, in their own bodies and in social situations). However, when transgendered persons who were not born with transsexualism get the surgery, it usually ruins their life. So you have to make sure you have the condition of transsexualism and not merely transgenderism before getting the surgery. Being transsexual and being recognized as one's corrected sex can change one's world view. A lot of people become aware of certain social situations and norms that they had previously been unaware of while living as their assigned-at-birth sexes. For example, a lot of transsexual men (female to male transsexual) become much more aware of male privilege. Transsexual women become more aware of sexual harassment. Transsexuals may or may not feel sexually and romantically attracted to the same general groups of people (e.g. women, men, etc.) as before. Lots of people remain attracted to the same people, but a significant number of people are attracted to different people. Transsexual people usually can still experience sexual arousal and orgasm after the surgery to eliminate transsexualism. The mechanics of sex might change (based on hormonally- and/or surgically-changed genitals), so how someone relates to their partner(s) might change.

Why do transsexuals exist?

Well, to put it simply: we exist because we exist. There is no "why", but we can explain how it happens. During the mother's pregnancy, something happens and causes hormonal imbalances and tells the brain to become one sex and the body to become the other. Gender Identity: brain's gender (inside). Physical sex: body's gender/sex (outside). When the two do not line up, as a condition of birth, you get a transsexual baby. Transgenderism, on the other hand is caused more by developmental issues, milder predisposing issues than born transsexualism, or personal choice in some cases. The idea that transsexualism refers to post-ops is a hurtful myth. A person is born with transsexualism and eliminates it with surgery. Nobody gets surgery to become a transsexual, but to stop having transsexualism. True-transsexualism has nothing to do with the lifestyle, choice, or third-gender state of transgenderism. People who are born in the wrong body are not the same as people who choose to dress up and live as what they are not.

Can transsexuals have babies?

Yes. Transsexual men can have babies before transition. Transsexual women can father children before transition. After surgery, when their transsexualism is eliminated, they become sterile.

What are some modern understandings about transsexualism?

1. Transgender is not a euphemism for transsexual, but a completely different phenomenon. 2. Having transsexualism is not the same as being transgendered. The word transsexual means to cross to the other physical body, thus implying surgery and two genders. The word transgender means to adopt a social role which is at odds with your body and the expectations of society. Transsexual persons are gender conformists and need full assimilation to the other gender, while transgendered persons are gender variant. People are born transsexual and get the surgery to STOP being transsexual, while people choose to become transgender and to be different. 3. Genuine transsexuals are a subset of the Mainstream Community, while pseudo-transsexuals and other transgendered persons are a subset of the LGBT Community. 4. Many transsexual persons get offended when they are called transgendered, some to the point of calling it hate speech or defamation, and some to the point of a physical altercation. Most who are transgendered never get the surgery, while most transsexuals do. Likewise, most with transsexualism transition for therapeutic reasons, while a good number of transgendered persons transition for fetish, recreation, and libidinous reasons. 5. The TS Community was long on its way to Mainstream acceptance until the TG community hijacked it around 2000 and started silencing persons with genuine transsexualism and promoting things that harm those with actual transsexualism. 6. A MtF transsexual is not a "man who becomes a woman," but a woman born wrongly with male parts instead and needs them gone. A FtM transsexual person is not a "woman who becomes a man," but a man correcting a birth condition. Transsexual persons merely fix their bodies. They don't become anything other than whole and normal. 7. The children in the press are not "transgendered" children, but children born with transsexualism. Transsexualism is inborn (5th to 12th week gestation), while transgenderism is mostly adopted later in life, from puberty onwards. Most with genuine transsexualism reported being in the wrong body from as far back as age 4-5, and a few even as far back as age 2. It is a shame that the TG community sometimes promotes its aims at the expense of TS children who have nothing to do with their movement. 8. It is rude to refer to a TS woman by male pronouns or TS man by female pronouns when discussing their pre-transition days, and it is rude to ever bring up the name they were never supposed to have. It should be a basic human right for a TS woman to ONLY be known by her female name and female gender, not what society forced on them. What makes a TS woman a woman existed LONG before she started her transition to become completely female. 9. It is rude when discussing the birth defect of TSism to change the topic to transgenderism and LGBT matters. Nobody would like it if AIDS were made the topic of discussion every time someone discussed cancer. 10. While TGs benefit best from TG/LGBT support, TS persons get the most benefit from Mainstream support, ie., the support of the 90% who are not LGBT. If a TS person is having problems with others, it is condescending and rude to tell them they need to talk to a TG group. How is sitting under the teaching of people with concepts and ideas opposite you own and which are even offensive to you going to help you? The whole idea of transition for the TS person is to be cured of being a TS and the assimilate and conform to the general public. It is not to become a 3rd gender nor to start a social movement. 11. When in doubt about which terms to use, please only use the same terms the other person uses, and not try to use euphemisms or use other terms you heard. Quite a few persons with transsexualism get offended at the term transgender and see it on par as using ethnic slurs. 12. Please don't assume that TS persons would be interested in TG or LGBT shows and media. If you know for a fact certain ones are interested in those things, then by all means alert them to such programs. Please don't make any assumptions merely on the basis that they were born with TSism. If you wouldn't show adult materials to someone because they have cancer or diabetes, then please don't show such materials to someone because they have transsexualism, unless they explicitly express interest.

What sexual organs does a trans - gender have?

The actual definition of transgender is indentifying with a gender other then the biological one. Meaning you believe that you are a the opposite sex. So if you really think about it no. Transgenders are born in the wrong bodies meaning also that they are born with the wrong organs.
