In my neck of the woods our local hardware store sells "Deer Whistles" that attach to the front of your vehicle and they make a whislte sound when driving at speeds over 35 mph. The obect is to alert deer and other animals of your approach, hopefully averting a collision.

If you mean physically, then yes. You would have to check your local statutes to see if it is legal to do so. Some countries do not allow it
