You can cut back on your intake of carbohydrates and concentrate more on protein instead. The weight will be lost rather quickly during the first few weeks.
However, because it is difficult and unhealthy to remain on a protein diet for long periods of time, maintaining this diet becomes difficult.

The vegetarian diet is the healthiest diet with the most results, but you cannot stick to French fries, Pizza, and mozzarella. Eat plant- based foods because they have been found to burn the amount of fat in your body. The vegetarian meals that you can find in the frozen section are very healthy for you, and they fill you up. I lost 15 pounds in one month on a vegetarian diet without exercise or diet pills. The vegetarian meals are not fake, they are just made out of soy products. Also, by switching to the vegetarian diet you will reduce your caloric intake, but you should still watch calories.
In addition, avoid fast food, diet sodas, ALL ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS (none of them are healthy and have been found to cause fat gain), salt and high fat dairy products.
U NOOOOOOOBS he said (no diets fking idiots)
Just eat really healthy! Try not to eat over 1000 calories in one whole day! Eat vegetables and fruits! Eat salads! Nooooo junk foods! GOOD LUCK!!! :)
Eat smaller and healthier portions (which should help SAVE money and not cost in spending it) and simply jog, run, do push-ups, etc. which is free.
Exercise.
Eat high-protein low-carb foods and exercise. Eat more fruits and drink lots of water.
By eating healthy foods & exercising everyday!
By consuming extra calories and foods such as ice cream everyday.
My wife and I have both had great success in losing more than 30 pounds each in ten weeks, all without exercise, just by substantially reducing the amount of sugar we eat daily. If you can add some exercise your 37 pounds in 10 weeks is definitely achievable, but you will need to get serious about understanding what foods have sugar. Sugar is also addictive, so it can be challenging in the first four weeks, but definitely, worth the effort. Give it a try, you dont have anything to lose other than excess pounds.
No. Not without major surgery.
1 pound xD
Go two weeks without and your system should be good to go--depending whether you are addicted or not.
Yes, but it's difficult.
sucks.
Substantially reduce your daily sugar (Fructose) intake. I lost 6 pounds in my first two weeks, 25 pounds in 8 weeks and I am still steadily losing weight six months on, all without exercising. You do need to know where Fructose is (what foods have or don't contain Fructose) and avoid eating it. Stick to this for at least four weeks, and you won't ever go back to eating too much sugary food again.
first you can lose 12 pounds in 1 month (in a healthy way without ay side effects) you should keep both doing any kinds of exercises (walking-swimming-running) for 60 minutes daily eat next foods(fruits-vegetables-fiber-milk -fish and cheese) avoid ext foods(fast foods,Pepsi-potato chips-foods that contain high amounts of both fat and calories)
If by "trust pills" you mean birth control pills, no they will not make you abort.
