What I did was this, I went on a fruit and vegetable diet. I did that until 5p.m. After 5p.m. I walk around for 30 min. Drink plenty of water, no dark drinks!Tea is fine. I did it for 2 whole weeks and I lost 30pounds in 2 weeks. If you think you can do this that fine. But if you fall off its o.k. 2 treat yourself so you don't fall off. No that much. Good Luck
weight reduction is simply not a easy game.The first and most important thing to remember is Hard work and continuous approach.Make it clear nothing can be changed overnight,result seems to be not so effective at the beginning..."never give up"

ways to reduce fat:-

1.look what you are eating...completely switch off oily and rich fat food(stick to it)

2.go on a dieting(try from now and gradually decrease you're intake)

3. say no to rice and potato(instead have nutritious food)

4.regular exercise.(I know to start afresh would be difficult,But if you want to reduce then you have to do)

best exercises...running and cycling.

adhere to it....sure you gonna reduce your weight more than 15 labs in one month.

I reduced 32 lbs(at home) in one month.
