What I did was this, I went on a fruit and vegetable diet. I did that until 5p.m. After 5p.m. I walk around for 30 min. Drink plenty of water, no dark drinks!Tea is fine. I did it for 2 whole weeks and I lost 30pounds in 2 weeks. If you think you can do this that fine. But if you fall off its o.k. 2 treat yourself so you don't fall off. No that much. Good Luck

Just jump nonstop......that'll work.... You're gonna have to do more then jumping jacks to lose 50 pounds in a month. Also, you have to have surgery to lose that much in a month. If you have a realistic goal like 15 pounds then eat healthier and exercise.
