Well it's kind of hard to lose weight without eating right, but there are a lot of exercises and things to do to lose weight. Doing aerobics (walking, running, swimming, ect.) is a great way to take off those pounds because they get you're heart going which raises you're matabolism which helps you to burn unessicary calories and fat. =D
