I kept a count on my calories and most importantly, spent abt 100 mins a day in the gym (6 days a week). Cardio exercises and lifting weights did the trick for me. Its not impossible to lose 30 pounds in one month, but it is very unlikely. In order to do that you would either have to go under a series of training or stop eating. I suggest neither. If you stop eating you could get an eating disorder or you could possibly starve to death. I do though think that being at the gym for maybe 2-3 hours a day could help you lose a lot of weight. The main reason people mostly have problems with there weight is because of what they eat. If you eat healthy and exercise for 2-4 hours a day, you might be able to lose alot of weight in one month.
