for a week, drink a cup of tea (caffeinated) every hour until lunch time and you can eat whatever you like. I lost about 6 kilos in a week by doing this and I was only 44 kilos to start with and you can still pig out every day! Remember to drink lots of water otherwise you can get really dehydrated.
