Make sure you engage yourself in 30 minutes of cardio a day, i.e running, aerobics, kick boxing.

for a week, drink a cup of tea (caffeinated) every hour until lunch time and you can eat whatever you like. I lost about 6 kilos in a week by doing this and I was only 44 kilos to start with and you can still pig out every day! Remember to drink lots of water otherwise you can get really dehydrated. Hope this helps! xx p.s. it does make you pee quite a lot but it is worth it
