losing 70 pounds in five months may be asking a little too much, you should reconsider osing a little less in five months. If you eat things such as fruits, veggies, and drink plenty of water you will lose weight in no time. Although it may not be 70 pounds you will notice a difference if you keep it up in five months i would expect you to lose atleast 50 pounds or so. Losing weight isn't easy. I used to be really skinny some would say too skinny. Then I packed on about 30 to 40 pounds and I wouldn't say I'm fat but I would love to be back to where I was. I looked awesome!
