If you are truly lazy and don't want to do ANY exercise then I have the perfect thing. If you want to lose fat don't make YOUR body do the work, instead just eat foods with living bacteria in them, such as kombucha, kefir, or kimchi. These foods have lots of bacteria in them that need to eat to live, so let them eat. Take kombucha for example, I am a homebrewer that does this, drink 2 cups of kombucha a day and you can eat whatever you want because the more sugars you eat the more the bacteria eats and reproduces, making an endless fat-losing process. The bacteria are not a bad thing ether they come with many side effects that are very useful, for instance the bacteria in kombucha eats the sugar and teaches your body to hate the taste, but you will be gassy for the first 3 or so days. Any fermented food that comes from UNPASTURIZED milk is very healthy since it breaks down the fats in meat, so you can eat it too without worry. Don't be like the average american with no bacteria in there foods, or you will be as fat as them too.
