You may have to take a yoga, exercising, swimming or any other activity course for maybe a few weeks. I personally think you should try stretching or doing activitys that make your body flexible. You could ask you doctor, physio, nurse or any one who knows about medical stuff on advice. A diet might help. Hope I helped!

There is no way to spot reduce fat (except for Liposuction), so if it is fat you need to lose from your midsection, then you will also lose it all over. If it is just loose skin, (especially from pregnancy) then you may have to get a tummy tuck. Doing ab exercises such as planks and crunches will help strengthen your abdominal muscles, and this will give you a tighter look also.
