I can't. This may be a typo the way some people's fingers tend to accidentally type the word "thought" when they meant the word "though".

Plough is a common British variant spelling for the American term, "plow".
Plought might appear as a proper name or an archaic altlernative spelling of "plot" or "ploughed".
