It's complicated having the opposite sex for a friend. I have male friends and my husband has female friends from when we were single. Friendships just seem to happen between opposite sexes. If you are just trying to make a female your friend it becomes quite complicated because either one of you could fall in love with the other while the other person doesn't feel the same. Feelings become hurt and friendships broken. If you know someone that has just been around you and you've managed to scam over a few things together or talked about problems, then you are friends. Women give their hearts easily, while many guys don't want to commit to much. Too bad women and men weren't created on a more even basis. We just simply think different. Marcy
