may be Opti-Spark distributor, which is known to fail early. get it diagnosed by a mechanic before you spend 600 dollars on a new one

Make sure the alternator is really charging. Most often, a case of discharging overnight is some light still on. Places to look include the glove compartment, trunk, and engine compartment - these lights often get missed.

The blower is just under the passenger side dash. There are three 9/32" bolts that hold the casing up. Remove those and unplug the blower. Then the blower should be able to fall right out. May need to "jimmy" it a bit to get it out. When you get the new blower, plug it in and turn on the air before you install it, that way you can make sure that it will work.

93 Roadmaster.... that's a 5.7L engine, right? It should be attached to the intake with 2 bolts. Look for the thing that looks like a Chevy Smallblock EGR valve. Also, if you're replacing the valve because you have an EGR code make sure you don't have a clogged passage in the intake acting like a bad valve.
