Apply soot or lampblack to eyes everyday before going to bed. Remember there is a difference between eyeliner and soot.
Soot is what which you apply with your fingers on your eyes while the eyeliner is applied on just eyelids.

∙ 12y agoIn ancient India soot was used as black eyeliner and i presume it is safe to use on the waterline. A modern variation is available for sale in most south Asian (Indian) stores, and is called "kajol" i use it on my upper and lower water line as a quick and easy liner and have had no infections or problems.
