If it's your car, it should be obvious: go to where the switch is hidden, and connect the wires leading into and out of the switch. You could probably do this with a small length of wire with a couple of alligator clips on the end, which would prevent you from having to reattach the wires to the switch if that's what you want.
If it's NOT your car, and you DON'T know where the switch is, then you're a thief, and NOBODY SHOULD BE GIVING DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO STEAL A CAR TO A THIEF.
