There is certainly no legal requirement for two people to belong to the same religion in order to be allowed to marry each other. If you wish to marry a Muslim but you do not wish to convert to Islam, you can do so as long as the Muslim in question agrees to marry you. Possibly you would have to be married in a civil ceremony rather than in a mosque. However, if that is your intention, I should warn you that after you marry, you may still find yourself under pressure to convert to Islam, and you may find yourself subjected to the customs of Islam whether you convert to Islam or not.
