Your mother can be your mother in many ways:She is your biological mother; she bore you and birthed you.She legally adopted you; another woman bore and birthed you.She married a man with children, so you are her step-child.A surrogate woman bore and birthed you, then your parents adopted you.A family friend or someone raises you, but never adopted you, but you came to call that woman "mother".
Khloe ased Kris this on an episode of "Keeping up with the Kardashians" and Kris denied that Khloe was adopted. Khloe then ordered a DNA test off the internet and sent in her and Kris's DNA... the results came back that Kris is Khloe's biological mother...so no Khloe is not adopted. She should of thought twice before doing anything stupid. The real question is "Who is Khloe's biological father?"Nobody questions that Kris is or is not her mom!

A:An early Christian tradition says that Joachim and Anne were the parents of Mary, mother of Jesus. It is not possible to establish how this tradition came about, or whether there is any foundation for it. Since Joseph was said not to be the biological father of Jesus, the genealogies in Matthew and Luke are not those of Jesus in the biological sense, as they both go back through the male line from Joseph.
Once a person is adopted, all legal rights between the biological parents and their child are severed. An adopted child has no legal right to choose to live with their biological parents. The adoptive parents could informally agree to allow the biological parents to have custody of the child but there can be all kinds of legal ramifications that flow from that, especially if the biological parents do not want to give the child back and the adoptive parents want physical custody back.
