just like any other part of your body, you get zits and pimples when your skin is dirty, oily, etc. If you havnt cleaned your ears (well of thouroughly) in a while, that's why a pimple has formed in your ear. To make it easier to deal with (due to it's awkward location), I suggest leaving it untouched for a week or two, and once it becomes a very thin and fragile bubble, squeeze it and clean out the puss and liquid before it causes more infections
