I just removed the doors on my 1991 Cherokee Laredo(2 door) and all I did was, if you look inside the dorr at the hinges their are 3 parts.the top and bottom part are connected to the door and the middle is connected to the body. i took a grinder and cut off the bottom hinge socket, then after took a puch and hammered the pin witch was threw all 3 sockets all the out. after I found 4 mathcing bolts and welded them solid the the top hinge that is connected to the door. After both of the hinges are removed and the new pins are welded in place I am now able to pop the dorr on or off pretty easy but the body will get bu mped and scratched up from it but its worth it in the end.
