look up under the dash on the drivers side, you'll usually see a in line fuse or two that go to the alarm control unit. pull these fuses out and see if the car starts. if it doesn't (which it probably wont if the alarm is half-decent) then:
-trace the wiring that goes to the back of the ignition barrel
in this group of ~6 wires one of them goes from the key to the starter solenoid. This wire will be intersected by the alarm unit. just reconnect the wire back together and your done
