Well, if you are both at different houses and you are both on the computer (msn) you could b like omg, there is a Pizza guy out the frount of my house, but i didn't organise pizza. Then you can say brb and pretend to look out the window. You can go back to your computer then and say eek, he has a bag but it doesnt have pizzas in it, then swear and say he has a gun or somthing. You could make out that your really scarred and have brb's in it so you can get a drink or toilet break. And you could say that he's trying to get in.
I had someone pull this one on me, but be careful that she doesn't call the cops before you tell her it's a prank. I thought it was mean but funny when she pulled it on me.
