The best way to cure your period pains is to keep really warm. Try using a waterbottle on your stomach, taking long hot baths, and drinking lots of warm drinks. Herbal remedies that can be found on the internet are also an alternative, but if they are extremely painful, and you cannot seem to find anything that works, you may need to talk to your Doctor or GP so that they can perscribe you with a mild pain releif drug, such as Ibruprofen. No, as it will stop your period and you will have terrible pains, you can only start taking them when your off, and you have to do that till you stop taking the pill or you won't have your periods.

you can get period pains before your period starts answer yeah I know that I posted this question I got period pains but no blood. When I usually get period pains I come on straight away it been a week now since that has happened. It came as a shock I thought I was really coming on. My period pains are really painful as well and the pains were just like them but I didn't get my period. I couldn't move I couldn't cry cause I was in pain.
