The owner's manual will tell what grade oil to use at different outside temperatures. I always used 10w-30 in the summer, and 5w-30 in the winter on my Intrepid. I use Castrol motor oil because I feel it is the best without going into the synthetics like Mobile 1.
Most came with a 225/60 R16. Check on the drivers door or door pillar and it should be on the tag. If not, your local tire store should have a fitment guide that will tell you or phone the dealer with the VIN number and the service dept. will tell you.
I had to replace the engine in my 2002 Intrepid and it cost me a good $3,500. They have to match the year and vin number up with a compatible engine and the mechanic will need to tear the whole front end apart to lift the engine in/out. I can tell you there are very few engines left when I was searching for one a month ago.
